Terms of Service

When registering at BTCVic.com, you confirm you have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not register.

These terms apply to members and advertisers alike.

Accounts

• Passwords are stored and encrypted in an irreversible format in our database. Passwords should be kept safe and we are not liable for any loss of accounts.
• You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
• Logging in from proxies or shared network environments is not allowed.
• Accounts should never be sold or given out to anyone.
• Accounts are not transferable.
• You, as an user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
• Any attempt to manually or automatically reload/view pages intensively will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
• Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.
• Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.

Referrals

• You are allowed to refer an unlimited number of members.
• You are not allowed to send unsolicited mail or force anyone to join BTCVic.com as your referral. Any account identified doing such shall be suspended.
• Every one of your referrals, as users, must have an unique email address.
• You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.

Anti-Cheat Policy

• All abnormal activity is logged and you will be suspended if you are detected to be conducting suspicious activity.
• Any attempt you modify the website will lead to an account suspension. You are not allowed to modify the website under any circumstances. This includes the use of custom scripts, and cosmetic website changes.
• Any attempt to hack the system will lead to an automated account suspension.
• You are not allowed to use any kind of software, application or other kind of automated software to click ads. All accounts will be caught and will be automatically suspended.
• We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated.

Withdrawals

• All payments will be made in Bitcoin currency. No other method of payment is available at this time.
• We are not responsible for the bitcoins neither responsible for the actions by the members or any other third-party after sending the payment.
• You must have a correct and existing bitcoin address.
• You must have at least 135 own clicks or clicks from your referrals registered in the last 30 days.
• If you earn by advertising a referral link, you should attract 5 new users in the last 60 days.
• All payments will be made within 1 week after being requested.

Advertisements

• You are not allowed to advertise illegal products and services.
• Any member advertising illegal websites or websites that are not allowed may be suspended.
• We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, have adult or illegal content. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second.
• We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

Payments to BTCVic.com

• All payments are non-refundable.
• All payments to BTCVic.com should be done through our website only.
• All payments must have at least 2 (two) confirmations on Bitcoin Network in order to be Confirmed.

Account suspension

• All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
• All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
• We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
• Users that have not logged in for more than 45 days will have their accounts suspended.
• We will not accept any appeal requests for account suspensions, any appeals or email requests regarding suspended accounts will be likely ignored.

Liability

• We are not responsible for any content served through advertisements.
• We are not liable for damages done due to any acts of God, fire, natural disasters or anything we have no control over.
• We reserve the right to modify the terms of service at any time without notice.
